These Terms of Service apply to your use of alexabodnar.photography (the "Site") and to sessions booked with Alexa Bodnar Photography. By using the Site or booking a session, you agree to these terms.
By booking a session, the client agrees to the selected photography package, scheduled date, and payment terms. Final edited images are delivered digitally within the stated timeframe. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
Your personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. With your consent, the Site uses cookies and the Meta Pixel to measure and improve advertising. You can accept or decline these in the cookie banner and change your choice at any time via "Cookie Settings" at the bottom of the Site.
All photographs, text and other content on the Site belong to Alexa Bodnar Photography and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
I may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they were last changed.
